This project adds an 8,905-square-foot auditorium to the campus of St. Patrick Parish School, providing a dedicated performance venue and flexible gathering space for the school community. Designed to support student theater productions, assemblies, and special events, the facility serves as both an academic resource and a social hub for the campus.
To meet budget and constructability goals, the building utilizes a prefabricated structural steel frame with a glazed entry lobby that introduces natural daylight into public spaces. This is paired with a durable metal panel cladding system, creating a resilient and cost-effective facility for the school. Adjacency to a nearby covered outdoor flex space extends the auditorium’s functionality and allows activities to spill outdoors during favorable weather.
Site improvements include new concrete walkways, regraded landscape areas surrounding the building, and integrated bioretention ponds to manage on-site stormwater. Together, these elements create a cohesive campus addition and a welcoming new destination for students and the broader school community.
