Located just a few blocks away from Hopscotch at 1738 Telegraph Avenue, the planned Itani Ramen will be a solo project for Itani — and one that’s close to his heart. The fourth-generation Japanese American is a huge ramen fan, even hosting the popular Friday night Yonsei Ramen Shop pop-up during Hopscotch’s early days.
