The new plan provided a series of retail buildings at the front corner, addressing the convergence of two major arterials and creates numerous areas for gathering and dining. The architecture is enriched with a Spanish Colonial Revival style (based on Santa Clara’s “Mission City” heritage) and surrounded by gracious, richly landscaped walkways, plazas and courtyards.
