TDC Leasing Office

Working with the TCD development and leasing teams, we designed this vibrant leasing office to act as both meeting space and demonstration apartment for prospective UC Berkeley students seeking housing near campus. The design was inspired by our client’s new Berkeley branding and color palette accompanied by warm, contemporary furnishings and lighting.  The welcoming central space, adorned with a large logo / art piece and spacious 14-foot long custom desk, provides ample space for casual conversations, while adjacent private offices allow for financial discussions and lease signing.
