This new building at Potrero and San Pablo Avenues will have a big impact at this automotive cross-roads in north El Cerrito. Located on a site that wraps around an existing gas station, the new mixed-use building will provide much-needed housing as well as a variety of gathering spaces for both tenants and the public. We expect the modern design will bring attention and new life to this important El Cerrito cross-roads. The project is scheduled for construction in early 2026.

The ground floor of the 5-story building will provide a new brewery and restaurant, with patio seating in two locations.

Building tenants will also enjoy a private west facing terrace at the second story, and a look-out deck at the with views of the Bay and Mt. Tam at the 5th floor.
