Located at the edge of the UC Berkeley campus and the Telegraph Avenue Shopping District, this new mixed-use building provides privately owned student housing just steps from the university. Dubbed “The Edge” the 8-story building includes a mix of unit types, from three to six-bedroom layouts and amenities tailored to address students’ needs. Gathering spaces include a spacious roof deck and large balconies overlooking the campus and bustling Bancroft Avenue and a lower court for quiet conversations. A convenient restaurant/café/bar is intended for the ground floor. The project was completed in June 2025.
