In addition to our design for  a newly renovated  Food Hall, Sunset Development asked us to design a modern working lounge/library and meeting space for its corporate tenants.  We designed multiple work environments for individuals and groups of various sizes. Custom walnut library tables with storage cubbies and library desk lamps encourage  individual work, while three, 6-0″ high custom circular walnut booths provide intimate meeting space within the larger room. Wing back chairs from Gus Modern also provide space within the space. And two work-friendly treehouses have framed, scenic views of the Bishop Ranch lake.  Tenants are welcome to borrow from the  curated selection of art, science  and business books, as well as check out board games and puzzles.
